Fat Rolls was established in 2016 by Jean and Jacob Aldridge. Jean finished her Baking Arts degree in 2015.

It all started as a casual conversation about a bakery that sold "fat" rolls. The greater ratio of bread to filling is what makes our rolls "fat". Soft, fluffy bread is just as important as the toppings and fillings that accompany it.

Cinnamon rolls can have many variations. However they are made, at their core they are still a roll and need good bread as a foundation.

We have set out to make great food in a setting where people can come together and simply enjoy themselves.
